We recommend changing the height of the Brodisk Mini and installing two units, which you have adopted.

This is a case we received from an automatic machine manufacturer who mentioned they have hardly any experience handling powder particles. We were consulted about a prototype device requested by the user, which was experiencing powder clogging issues. It features a round hopper with a diameter of 200 mm, a discharge diameter of 50 mm, and a straight body height of approximately 300 mm. Although it is a small hopper, we were informed that materials would be loaded up to the top, so we recommended installing two Brody Disk Minis at different heights, which they adopted. Introducing a case where we were able to solve a customer's issue in one shot with Brodisk.

We received a request for the loan of a "Brodisk" from a customer in Mie Prefecture, and we would like to share a case where they visited to receive the product. The customer was experiencing issues at their sawmill where sawdust was bridging in the hopper, and even after hammering, the problem persisted, affecting their operations. They expressed a desire to install our product as soon as possible. After providing advice on the model and layout, we lent them the product. Introducing a case of a brodie disk adopted by a person in charge of manufacturing carbon products.

This is a delivery record to a facility primarily manufacturing carbon products. The target material is carbon powder with a high pitch component and poor fluidity. It is quite a troublesome type of material, but based on our past experience, we provided advice on the layout plan for the blow discs, and it was implemented immediately. The results were as expected and good! Measures against bridge formation in hoppers for conveying applications! Introducing a case study of the Brody Disk.

This is a hopper for suction transport, and there was suction from the bottom of the tank to a diagonal upward pipe. I would like to introduce a case where we received a consultation regarding a bridge occurring in this hopper. This user had previously adopted a "Blow Disk" for another piece of equipment and was familiar with our device, so we only proposed the model and layout for this issue. By installing a "Blow Disk Mini" near the suction port at the bottom of the tank and a "Blow Disk" in the center of the hopper, the bridge was resolved. Introducing a case where 12 Brodisks were installed, 3 on each side.

We provided the powder bridge prevention as a pet product. There was a significant variation in properties, including the moisture content of the materials, and it was introduced after testing with the customer's actual equipment. First, we reviewed the hopper diagram and guided the arrangement of the blow disks, and immediately after that, we lent the necessary quantity of our equipment.
